Jenny Baldwin (she/her), LMSW, serves as a Senior Administrative Program Coordinator for the Texas Institute for Excellence in Mental Health, supporting projects in early childhood. Jenny has worked with various agencies serving vulnerable populations since 2005. Previously, she worked in special projects and grants for Prevention and Early Intervention at the Texas Department of Family Protective Services, where she project managed statewide child maltreatment prevention projects. Jenny has over 15 years of experience working in direct care in community-based organizations, supporting families with young children, families of children with special healthcare needs, survivors of human trafficking, refugee families, and at-risk youth in Texas and abroad. This includes Any Baby Can in Austin, Texas, where she was the Director of Programs. She believes that compassion and collaboration lead to long-lasting, positive change.
