Enhancing IPS-Supported Employment to Meet the Development Needs of Transition Age Youth
In partnership with community mental health provider, Thresholds (Chicago, IL), we developed, piloted, and studied this 15-week intervention using mixed method research. CORE promotes competitive employment among adolescents and young adults with serious mental health diagnoses and is an enhancement to Individual Placement and Support (IPS)-Supported Employment (NIDILRR-funded, 2019-2023).
